The Epiphone B.B. King Lucille is based on the many models bearing the name of blues king B.B. King, and is based on the various Gibson ES models he has played over the years (all of which are named "Lucille"). It was created with inspiration from

Gold hardware, Grover Rotomatic tuners, Graph Tech nut, ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays, brass truss rod cover engraved with B.B. King's name, mother-of-pearl Lucille inlay on headstock face, It includes a number of features such as multi-layer binding on the body and headstock, a TP-6 tailpiece with fine tuners, and a semi-hollow body with a maple center block to reduce feedback.

Unlike typical semi-hollow body guitars, the B.B. King Lucille does not have an F-hole on the top.

This is the same specification that the person requested in order to reduce feedback in previous "Lucille models".

The electronics are top-notch, with a six-position Varitone switch, two Alnico Classic PRO humbucking pickups connected to CTS potentiometers, and stereo/mono outputs.
