You may return items within 3days if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Return Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by a receipt/proof of purchase.
Tracking: Returns will be provided with a tracking number and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refund Eligibility: We will not refund items that do not meet the conditions above.
For returns due to non‑acceptance of customs duties, we deduct full postage charges and a handling fee.
Return Shipping Costs: If you change your mind and the return meets all criteria, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defect), Tsurugi Inc. covers the return shipping.
