Ordering & Fitment

How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?

Every listing includes the OEM part number and, where available, the compatible chassis codes, model years, and grades. Please match the OEM part number against your vehicle's parts diagram or your dealer's records before ordering.

What is an OEM part number, and why does it matter?

The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part number is the unique code the manufacturer assigns to a specific part. It is the most reliable way to confirm compatibility, since model names and trim levels can vary by market.

I'm not sure which part I need. Can I ask before buying?

Yes. Send us your vehicle's chassis code, model year, and the part you're looking for, and we'll help confirm the correct part number. We reply within 1 business day.

Are these genuine parts?

Yes. We source genuine OEM parts through our supplier network in Japan. Most items are new, imported directly from Japan.

Can I order a part that isn't listed in your store?

Often, yes. See our Import Service / Parts Sourcing page for details on requesting hard-to-find or discontinued parts.

Does the manufacturer warranty apply outside Japan?

Manufacturer warranties are valid only within Japan. This is standard for OEM parts imported internationally.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 days. We also offer Standard (3–7 days), Expedited (2–3 days), and Express (1–2 days) options at checkout.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with DHL, FedEx, and Japan Post, depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

Is tracking included?

Yes, every order includes tracking so you can follow your shipment from Japan to your door.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $69.99 or more ship free. Orders under $69.99 have a flat shipping fee of $8.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from Japan.

Customs & Duties

Do I have to pay import duty in the United States?

No. For US buyers, we cover the 15% import duty on your behalf (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise duty charges on delivery.

What about customs duties in other countries?

Outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Rates vary by country, so please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Will my order be delayed at customs?

Delays are uncommon but can occasionally happen depending on your country's customs processing. Tracking will show the current status of your shipment.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and show no signs of installation or use.

What if I received a defective or wrong item?

We cover return shipping and provide a full refund. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

What if I just changed my mind?

You may still return the item within 30 days, but you will cover the return shipping cost, and the refund covers the item price. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout system. We do not store your card details.
