✈️ How to Order – Import Service (Air Freight)
Our import service allows you to purchase genuine Japanese auto and motorcycle parts directly from Japan and have them shipped internationally via air freight.
Please read the following steps carefully before placing an order.

Incomplete messages may delay your order.
Required Information:
Website link to the item in Japan you want
Your maximum bid (USD or JPY) for auction items
OR
The Buy It Now price if the item is not an auction
⚠️ Important Notes (Before You Order)
- All costs are due after the auction is won or the purchase is finalized.
- Invoices must be paid within 48 hours.
- tsurugi_motors is not responsible for items delivered in a condition different from the seller’s description.
- While uncommon, misrepresented items can occur. Please ask for clarification before bidding if you are unsure.
- All bids and purchases are final. Orders cannot be canceled.
- Estimated arrival dates are NOT guaranteed.
- Shipping updates will be provided via email.
- Domestic shipping is completed 1–2 weeks after shipment arrival and unloading.
- If you require parts urgently or by a strict deadline, this service is not suitable.
- Photos and videos of shipments, parts, and loading/unloading may be publicly shared.
- If confidentiality is required, please do not use this service.
- tsurugi_motors is not financially liable for parts not purchased directly through us.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Step 2 — How Pricing Is Calculated
Each item/link is calculated as follows:
- Your winning bid or item price: $XX.XX
- $25.00 USD tsurugi_motors ordering fee per link
- Shipping from seller to tsurugi_motors (Japan): $XX.XX
- International air freight + applicable tariffs: $XX.XX
- 3% Shopify transaction fee (per transaction)

Step 4 — What Happens After You Send Your Order
- Your message is copied into our private WhatsApp ordering system
- We screenshot your order and send confirmation
- A small deposit is requested based on the estimated total
- After deposit confirmation, we proceed with purchasing or bidding
