Sports Spark Plug Wires

This wire features a stainless steel core wire with low electrical resistance and excellent noise immunity. The core wire is wrapped around reinforced Kevlar, and three strands of Kevlar are spirally wound to prevent the generation of magnetic fields, which can cause noise. Furthermore, the core wire is coated with a double silicone coating. The result is a low resistance of approximately 0.4 Ω/m (ignition power approximately 20 times higher than mass-produced wires) while simultaneously addressing the noise concerns associated with low resistance.

Even gasoline-powered vehicles cannot run without electricity, as the gasoline cannot burn. This may seem like an extreme example, but the performance of the spark plug wire that supplies electricity to the spark plugs is that important. You might think that simply connecting wires with low resistance would be sufficient, but with modern vehicles, it's not that simple. Using copper wire, which has high transmission efficiency, to reduce resistance would generate electrical noise, which could adversely affect the audio and ECU.

Typically, noise is reduced by using resistors in spark plug caps or other components, but this increases resistance in exchange for noise reduction, forcing compromises to be made. So, what did we do? First, we used a wire material with low electrical resistance and excellent noise resistance. A magnetically resistant, low-resistance stainless steel core wire is tightly wound around three reinforced Kevlar core strands, and the three are then spirally wound together. This step already prevents the generation of magnetic fields, which are a source of noise. Next, we applied a double coating of two types of silicone with different hardness, and used silicone material in the boot section to create a structure that traps noise. Furthermore, we custom-designed the connection terminals, achieving a low resistance of approximately 0.4 kΩ/m (ignition power approximately 20 times higher than mass-produced models) while ensuring noise resistance. While the exterior may appear colorful and fashionable, the inside is packed with advanced functionality. User reports back up the powerful acceleration and positive impact on fuel economy that come from stable ignition performance.
