Adam supervised the main artwork and artist Korin Faught designed the artwork on the back of each model headstock. The collection features five renowned artists, and only 800 of each model will be produced worldwide. This unprecedented limited edition collection is a landmark in Adam's vision of combining art and music.

The sixth model in the Adam Jones Les Paul Custom Art Collection features Ernst Fuchs' "ANTI-LAOKOON 1965" on the body back. The specifications have been carefully crafted to allow guitarists to create their best musical work.

The binding is made of maple on a mahogany body, and the neck design is the Adam Jones Custom Profile. The neck design features an Adam Jones custom profile, a 3-piece maple neck with binding, and an ebony fingerboard. An upside-down Epiphone ProBucker™ Custom humbucker is mounted in the neck position, and a Seymour Duncan® Distortion™ is mounted in the bridge position, wired to a CTS® potentiometer and Orange Drop® capacitor. The body of the instrument is decorated with the name of the artist and his work on the back. A control plate with the artist's name and artwork is mounted on the back of the body. The guitar is finished in Antique Silver Burst, a tribute to Adam's original 1979 Gibson Custom Silver Burst, and comes with a Protector hardshell case.
