“Jet black fender”!

This is an FSR (=Fender Special Run) model produced based on a special request from Ikebe Musical Instruments, and we ordered it as a specification with excellent cost performance while incorporating a unique personality into the standard specifications.

This unit is a special all-black version, based on the classic 60s style jazz bass, with everything from the body to the back of the neck finished in black. Coupled with the 1 Ply black pickguard and black nickel parts that shine dullly when the light hits it, it has a fearless and solid look that sets it apart from the regular model.

The Made in Japan Traditional Jazz Bass is manufactured based on the US body and neck design, and uses lightweight basswood for the body material. A classic 9.5 radius U-shaped maple neck with vintage style frets provides the playability unique to the Traditional series. In addition, the pickup, which is the key to the sound, uses Alnico 5, giving it a closer to vintage sound.
