Description
This time, I was able to use walnut wood, so I wanted to make a cool Stratocaster with a walnut top.
Inspired by the walnut model of The STRAT, which was only manufactured from 1980 to 1983, I finished it with a walnut top, gold parts, and black guard Stratocaster.
I chose alder for the body back material. Combined with the rosewood fingerboard, it has a distinctive mid-range.
I aimed for a "thick" sound that cuts through the delicate tone of a Stratocaster that won't get lost in a band ensemble.
The matching head is equipped with gold parts.
The pickguard and knobs are black, giving a tight impression, creating a luxury feel that is different from the regular model.
The back of the neck is also painted in walnut color to increase the sense of unity.
The calm grain of the walnut is not too assertive and goes great with the gold parts!
It is a Stratocaster with a mature atmosphere.
They are also very particular about the sound, and even customized the pickups, the heart of the guitar!
They are equipped with the ``FENDER USA / Original '57/'62 Strat Pickups Set''!
These are high-end pickups born from reverse engineering, and are sold for about 30,000 to 40,000 yen as genuine Fender parts.
They deliver the sound of a real vintage Strat with Formvar magnet wire, which achieves a bright and transparent tone created by disassembling and analyzing a real 1963 Stratocaster.
They use staggered pole pieces with different heights for each string,
and output a balanced sound with little volume difference.
Because the acoustic characteristics are relatively flat, it is a pickup that is easy to create sounds with effects/amps.
We are proud to have completed the ultimate Strat that has all three elements of material, construction, and sound.
This may be the last time we can offer it at this price.

from 20 reviewsVery quick mailing/delivery … packaged very thoroughly with abundance of bubble wrap 👍 the item in pristine condition… very easy and professional transaction… all the way from Japan even! Would definitely do business with them again.

Have done some test, love Takatsuki and also very responsive and trusted seller! Already bought 4 300b's of them and tested well with my RoeTest v11 professional tube Tester!

I bought this guitar and I am very happy with it. It had to travel half of the globe, but the shipping was fast and the seller answered all my questions via e-mail.
The guitar itself has a chunky Fretboard, but is playable with ease. As far I can tell, the electronics seem to be all good, stamp on the pickup is right, it needs more playing for further statements.
And to my biggest surprise: the guitar came almost perfectly intonated fresh out of box.
I highly recommend to at least get in touch with the seller if you're interested in one of his products.
