A 2024 limited edition model with a luxurious look that uses flame maple for the body top!
The Made in Japan Hybrid II is a series that is truly worthy of being called a "hybrid", incorporating almighty modern specs that are suitable for any player or musical genre while maintaining the vintage look. Regardless of rhythm/lead, we have created a product that combines playability and instrument tone that fits any guitarist or bassist, and is made in Japan, which has many fans worldwide.
The Hybrid II Jazz Bass is equipped with a well-established alder body and a new Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single Coil pickup with staggered pole pieces, and a sustain block under the vintage-style bridge. Vintage-style tuners, a satin-finished neck, a Modern C-shape, a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets provide smooth playability.
A limited edition model that uses flame maple, which features gorgeous grain, on the body top, which has not been in the lineup in recent years. The sky-blue see-through coloring gives it a very luxurious look, and while it has an orthodox, unobtrusive sound, it also has its own unique personality.

I bought this guitar and I am very happy with it. It had to travel half of the globe, but the shipping was fast and the seller answered all my questions via e-mail.
The guitar itself has a chunky Fretboard, but is playable with ease. As far I can tell, the electronics seem to be all good, stamp on the pickup is right, it needs more playing for further statements.
And to my biggest surprise: the guitar came almost perfectly intonated fresh out of box.
