Made in Japan Hybrid II is a series that is worthy of being called a "hybrid" as it retains its vintage look while incorporating modern specs that are versatile enough to suit any player or genre of music. Made in Japan, which has many fans around the world, we have created a product that combines playability and instrument tone that fits any guitarist or bassist, regardless of rhythm or lead.

The Hybrid II Jazz Bass is equipped with a new staggered pole piece Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single Coil pickup on the well-established alder body, and a sustain block under the vintage-style bridge. Vintage-style tuners, a satin-finish neck, a Modern C shape, a 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard, and narrow-tall frets provide smooth playability.

A limited edition model that uses quilted maple with a gorgeous heathered grain for the body top, which has not been seen in recent lineups. Coupled with the see-through coloring, it has a very luxurious look, and while it has an orthodox and unobtrusive sound, it also has its own unique personality.
