LUNA SEA is a rock band that is extremely popular in Japan and other Asian countries. The bassist, J, has been using various Precision Bass over the years.

In addition to the reverse head that expresses J's philosophy towards music, the original color Black Gold, which was inspired by J's vintage helmets from the 70's as he loves motorcycles, has been reproduced. This color looks different depending on the angle and gives a variety of impressions depending on the stage lighting.

The profiled one-piece maple neck from Custom Shop uses a 7.25-inch radius and narrow tall frets, and while following the grip of the 1950s, the nut width is kept to 42mm, making it possible to play smoothly even on long stages. It has a carefully designed specification that makes it easy to use.

J's signature model with no compromises in looks, feel, or sound. As proof of this, the neck plate is engraved with J's trademark Maria.
