The 30-inch scale fingerboard makes it easier to hold chords and reduces the strain on your fingers when pressing the strings, and the compact body, which is scaled down to about 94% of its original size, and the new body cavity design make it lighter, providing better playability.

The newly designed Junior Collection Modified Single Coil Jazz Bass pickups provide the smooth, undulating tone that is unique to the Jazz Bass.

Vintage-type tuners and a vintage-style 4-saddle bridge ensure tuning stability.
