Special Type, Highly Corrosion-Resistant Hot-Dip Galvanized ZM-333ML
Excellent corrosion resistance far surpassing the "STR Series"
Features of Highly Corrosion-Resistant Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet "ZAM"
1. Superior corrosion resistance and rust resistance compared to galvanized zinc plating!
10 to 20 times stronger than hot-dip galvanized steel sheet
ZAM's coating contains zinc (ZN), aluminum (AL), and magnesium (Mg).
Over time, a dense, highly adherent "zinc-based protective film" containing magnesium forms on the coating surface.
This zinc-based protective film inhibits the progression of corrosion in the coating.
2. Reduces the appearance of rust!
Even at cut edges, a dense "zinc-based protective film" dissolved from the coating covers the edges, reducing the appearance of rust.
3. Resistant to abrasion!
The hard plating layer provides excellent scratch resistance, making it suitable for applications where repeated wear is expected.
4. Material Color Change!
ZAM's original color is a matte gray.
It will turn grayish-black over time and with oxidation, but no noticeable rust will develop.
(Note) Rust may develop under improper or harsh usage conditions.
1. The inside of the pipe is also ZAM plated!
The inside of the pipe is also coated with a ZAM plating layer, preventing rust from forming for a long time, even if rainwater or other liquids penetrate.
2. Plating coverage is approximately three times higher!
STR's plating coverage is approximately 10μm, while ZAM's is over 30μm!
