Description

This kit is a universal unit. It comes with a mounting flange, but requires welding to a pipe or other fitting. A separate piping hose is required. The size differs from the conventional Super SQV mounting flange.

HKS's original three-chamber system provides a relief-less design for stable operation even at high boost pressures.

This professional model features a large-capacity 51mm valve and adjustable preload, making it compatible with a wide range of vehicle specifications.


Three-Chamber System

With conventional valve actuation systems, the spring set load must be adjusted based on the vehicle's specifications. For vehicles with high boost pressures, a weak set load can cause the boost pressure to be relieved at high boost pressures, preventing the set boost pressure from being reached. Conversely, a strong set load can prevent relief at high boost pressures, but prevent actuation at low boost pressures. HKS's RACING SQV's relief-less actuation system is unaffected by vehicle specifications, ensuring stable operation from low to high boost pressures. Furthermore, it has passed durability tests of over one million cycles and features a structure that prevents valve sticking, ensuring high durability.
