The GB10SE is the most well-known signature model of George Benson, the Ibanez GB10, with the same body size, pickups, tailpiece, and other specifications*, but at a more affordable price.
The small, easy-to-hold spruce-top/maple side-and-back body of this full hollow guitar provides a crisp, honest tone with moderate volume, and the floating mini humbuckers provide an omni-directional, expansive sound that has expanded his range beyond jazz to R&B and soul. The full hollow body is small and easy to hold.
Half-bone and half-brass nut, made of a combination of beef bone and brass, which brings clarity to the sound.
GB-Special mini humbuckers, the same design as GB10, are set in a floating configuration and do not touch the top of the body.
Ebony fretboard with excellent tone rise (Avalon fretboard position inlays are used).
Same tailpiece as GB10 (made in Japan/Prestige model)
