Description
My Sonic Lab announced the MC cartridge "Eminent" in the fall of 2003 with the theme of "Low source impedance, high output energy...!" The MC cartridge "Eminent" is the world's first high-performance cartridge with internal impedance: 1.8Ω/output voltage: 0.5mV. It brought an impact as a cartridge with efficient design.
This is the basis of the power generation principle of the MC cartridge, and is also the ideal form.
How should we develop this performance? Cartridge manufacturers are required to improve sound quality.
Hyper Eminent aimed to pursue the vibration mode of the cartridge base and the precision of the vibration system suspension mechanism in order to obtain further perfection from the experience of the first Eminent. The base part is made of ultra-super duralumin (A7075), which has a higher hardness, and in order to eliminate the inherent resonance caused by a single material, we have introduced a sandwich effect that is further strengthened by applying surface hardening treatment. Since it was originally used for aircraft, it is a material that emphasizes strength and does not have good plating properties, making surface treatment difficult and the yield rate (good product rate) extremely low. In order to achieve this, we introduced a special ion hardening process and achieved a surface hardness of Hv1500 or higher, although this resulted in an expensive part because it could not be replaced with other treatments.
On the other hand, although much has been said about establishing the fulcrum of the vibration system, there are many unstable factors, so we obtained the stylus in semi-assembled form, reprocessed it in-house, and managed the assembly. We are trying to stabilize our products using a method that is extremely time-consuming.

from 20 reviewsVery quick mailing/delivery … packaged very thoroughly with abundance of bubble wrap 👍 the item in pristine condition… very easy and professional transaction… all the way from Japan even! Would definitely do business with them again.

Have done some test, love Takatsuki and also very responsive and trusted seller! Already bought 4 300b's of them and tested well with my RoeTest v11 professional tube Tester!

I bought this guitar and I am very happy with it. It had to travel half of the globe, but the shipping was fast and the seller answered all my questions via e-mail.
The guitar itself has a chunky Fretboard, but is playable with ease. As far I can tell, the electronics seem to be all good, stamp on the pickup is right, it needs more playing for further statements.
And to my biggest surprise: the guitar came almost perfectly intonated fresh out of box.
I highly recommend to at least get in touch with the seller if you're interested in one of his products.
