The DDJ-800 is a compact and lightweight 2-channel performance DJ controller that is easier to bring and install for DJs performing in a variety of settings, such as wedding parties, corporate events, and mini bars.
For professional performance, the DDJ-800 is equipped with the same COLOR ON JOG DISPLAY as the DDJ-1000 and features FEEDBACK REDUCER to reduce feedback of MIC audio.

COLOR ON JOG DISPLAY for quicker and more precise performance
A high-definition LCD display is mounted in the center of each jog wheel. This allows the user to quickly and accurately perform operations such as mixing and scratching by having necessary information at hand, including song information such as playback time, BPM, waveform, and "CUE SCOPE," which displays the distance from the current playback position to the "HOT CUE" or "LOOP" setting point in units of measures.
Two independent microphone input jacks and FEEDBACK REDUCER to reduce feedback
Two independent microphone input jacks allow for microphone performance without stopping DJ play, even in situations where multiple people need to be mic'd up. In addition, the FEEDBACK REDUCER, which reduces microphone feedback in rekordbox dj, instantly detects the frequency of feedback and reduces it even if it occurs during a microphone performance.
Inherits the layout of the club standard model
The layout and feel of the buttons, knobs, and faders of the CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM-900NXS2 DJ mixers for professional DJs and clubs, which are permanently installed in clubs, have been retained to provide the same ease of use as the club standard models.
Audio mixer function allows volume control of external input sounds.
When connected to rekordbox dj, it functions as a DJ mixer that can control "TRIM," "channel fader," "EQ," "SOUND COLOR FX," and "BEAT FX" for external device audio input. When not connected to rekordbox dj, the DDJ-800 can also function as a mixer that can control the TRIM, channel fader, and EQ to adjust the volume.

The FEELING ADJUST function allows you to adjust the JOG load to your preference, allowing you to scratch as you wish.
Beat FX
Various sound changes linked to the beat can be added. The BEAT FX section is equipped with a dedicated display, allowing you to grasp effect names and beat information at your fingertips without looking at the PC/Mac screen, for faster and more reliable FX-based performance.
Performance Pads
Large rubber pads are provided to control functions such as HOT CUE, PAD FX, BEAT JUMP, SAMLER, and KEYBOARD MODE. Dynamic actions such as tapping and continuous hitting can be used to add arrangements to songs.
Performance function of rekordbox
After downloading and installing the free version of the rekordbox DJ application, simply connect the DDJ-800 to your PC/Mac to use rekordbox's Performance function (DJ function). You don't need to subscribe to the paid version if you just want to DJ.
DVS Control
DVS Control is available with a paid rekordbox Core plan or higher. DVS Control is available with rekordbox Core plan or higher. It delivers high sound quality and high response performance that is almost as good as DJing with analog records, enabling you to perform exactly the way you want to.
Key shift
The key shift function allows you to change the key of a song and sync the keys of other songs loaded on the deck. Even songs in different keys can be mixed in harmony without any sense of discomfort.
