By using the newly installed TRACK SEPARATION function, you can control each part of the VOCAL, DRUMS, and INST that make up the music by simply loading the song in the same way as when playing as a regular DJ. The buttons are color-coded for each part, so you can always visually know what's being played. This allows for innovative performances that could not be achieved with conventional DJ equipment, such as mixes that naturally overlap the vocals of a song for each part, or mixes that repeat only synthesizer phrases. By using the music library you normally use, you can create infinitely creative performances depending on your imagination.

ON JOG DISPLAY, which evolved from the DJ controller "DDJ-1000," allows you to select from four types of information to display.

You can check the information you need for your performance, such as operation information for the new function MIX POINT LINK, rekordbox vocal position analysis information, and the status of PERFORMANCE PADS. Furthermore, the waveform can be displayed as a 3-band waveform (only when using rekordbox), similar to our flagship multiplayer CDJ-3000.

This unit is equipped with a DMX terminal used for lighting control on the DJ controller, so you can create lighting performances that captivate your audience by simply connecting it directly to your lighting equipment.
