When using electronic drums in live performance or in the studio, shaping the sound outside of the source is just as important as processing within the source. The 10 balanced outputs allow audio engineers to output sound with or without effects to properly mix the sound. The TD-50X's faders also allow drummers to control the mix from the stage as needed. For computer-based recording, the TD-50X supports up to 32 channels of audio and MIDI over a single USB cable.
