The MXA43 has a simple structure in which the tightness of the hi-hat cymbal is adjusted by rotating the upper clutch. A spring mounted on the rod lifts the cymbal, allowing it to be set in a half-open position. The clamps can be used to produce a variety of sounds, from loose to tight. The clamp section is compatible with stands with pipe diameters from 15.9mm to 28.6mm.
