Description
The deep and rich sound unique to a thick bell horn, the outstanding response that changes the conventional wisdom of thick bell types, and the ease of creating tone changes.
YHR-868GD is Yamaha's latest custom horn that has been thoroughly refined from the entrance to the exit, opening up new horizons for thick bell horns.
A combination design that uses nickel silver for the body and slide for a distinctive sound contour, and gold brass for the bell to create a warm tone.
A removable mouthpiece receiver that allows you to choose the optimal taper.
Furthermore, a new specification has been introduced to the valve section that thoroughly pursues sound clarity.
These ultimate commitments have resulted in a new generation of thick bell horns that make use of the original character of the thick bell while also offering all-round playability.

from 20 reviewsVery quick mailing/delivery … packaged very thoroughly with abundance of bubble wrap 👍 the item in pristine condition… very easy and professional transaction… all the way from Japan even! Would definitely do business with them again.

Have done some test, love Takatsuki and also very responsive and trusted seller! Already bought 4 300b's of them and tested well with my RoeTest v11 professional tube Tester!

I bought this guitar and I am very happy with it. It had to travel half of the globe, but the shipping was fast and the seller answered all my questions via e-mail.
The guitar itself has a chunky Fretboard, but is playable with ease. As far I can tell, the electronics seem to be all good, stamp on the pickup is right, it needs more playing for further statements.
And to my biggest surprise: the guitar came almost perfectly intonated fresh out of box.
I highly recommend to at least get in touch with the seller if you're interested in one of his products.
