EFFECTS
The powerful DSP installed in the MODX+ enables innovative, powerful, and high-quality effect processing. From high-resolution reverb to modeling effects using VCM technology, it realizes the expression that players desire. There are a wide variety of effects, including EDM-oriented effects such as "Beat Repeat", "Vinyl Break", and "Bit Crusher", as well as "Spiralizer", which creates the illusion of a continuously rising or falling pitch.
You can also add a side chain to the compressor to create a modern ducking effect, or use vintage effects with a retro feel such as "Analog Delay", "VCM Phaser", and a wide variety of amp simulators. Equipped with a stereo A/D input that can be connected to analog synths, microphones, etc. The audio signal input from the A/D input can be processed with effects in the same way as the built-in sound source. You can intuitively change the sound by operating the knobs, and more complex effect control is also possible using motion control.
Set up as a vocoder effect using a microphone, vocal effect processing for playing and singing, or as an MC microphone for distribution. Advanced uses are also possible, such as synchronizing audio signals captured from a live drum set with audio beat sync.
