Yamaha Pacifica612VIIX MSB Matte Silk Blue Pacifica Series Electric Guitar New
Description
Accurate pitch, high playability, a variety of tones, and high quality sound. Although it has an orthodox bolt-on structure, the Pacifica series is configured to accommodate a variety of music genres and play styles, achieving a wide range of sounds from intense distortion sounds to sparkling clean tones. We have generously poured in ideas and technologies developed over the course of our history. This is a high-quality model that conveys the appeal of electric guitars and is compatible with a wide range of music genres.
Launched in 1990, the Pacifica series was a staple of the California session scene at the time, where versatility, performance, and individuality were key. Inspired by the custom shop guitars of the era and their original vision, the Pacifica 600 series embodies today's Pacifica concept.

■Uses Seymour Duncan pickups
All Pacifica 600 series are equipped with the same company's covered humbucking Custom5 in the rear, achieving a sticky and unique humbucking sound while moderately suppressing the brightness. The PAC612 series uses Seymour Duncan's SSL-1 at the front and Seymour Duncan's SSL-1 RwRp at the center to achieve clean tones with sparkling high frequencies.
■Grover Locking tuner
Especially for guitars equipped with a tremolo bridge, this not only allows for quick string changes, but also improves pitch stability by suppressing string slippage.
■Black TUSQ nut (artificial ivory) & retainer manufactured by Graph Tech
Precisely designed, the vibrations of the strings are linked to the neck, bringing out rich overtones. The Teflon-impregnated material boasts stable tuning even in wide bends.
■The bridge uses Wilkinson VS-50
The hardened steel base plate and highly precisely machined saddle provide smooth arming with good sound response and stable tuning.
■Excellent playability and precise pitch
While following the neck shape of the Pacifica series, which has received high praise for its excellent playability and precise pitch, we have applied a gloss tinted finish to the back of the neck. It has both a luxurious appearance and a moderate grip. PAC612VIIX (MSB/YNS color) has a satin finish on both the body and the back of the neck, giving it a finish that feels like wood and feels smooth in the hand.

from 19 reviewsVery quick mailing/delivery … packaged very thoroughly with abundance of bubble wrap 👍 the item in pristine condition… very easy and professional transaction… all the way from Japan even! Would definitely do business with them again.
Have done some test, love Takatsuki and also very responsive and trusted seller! Already bought 4 300b's of them and tested well with my RoeTest v11 professional tube Tester!
I bought this guitar and I am very happy with it. It had to travel half of the globe, but the shipping was fast and the seller answered all my questions via e-mail.
The guitar itself has a chunky Fretboard, but is playable with ease. As far I can tell, the electronics seem to be all good, stamp on the pickup is right, it needs more playing for further statements.
And to my biggest surprise: the guitar came almost perfectly intonated fresh out of box.
I highly recommend to at least get in touch with the seller if you're interested in one of his products.
